Buyer notes 

1. All packages are shipped out from Republic of Korea.
Delivery time is approximately 2–7 working days, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times because these estimates may be subject to change based on product shortages and local transportation issues.

2. All orders are shipped by SF express. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information

3. If we receive return package from courier which the address, contact number or any information provided by the customer is incorrect, customer needs to pay the delivery fee again and rescheduled delivery. 

4. Our Company will not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping, the customer shall bear the risk. Please check the goods immediately after receiving goods. If there is any error of goods or style, you should reject the post and let the courier company return to our company.

5. If you find the product is damaged or have quality problems after receiving the goods, we apologize for it and please notify us within 7 days from the receiving day. We will follow the returns policy for the replacement.
